Turkington give a full 10year guarantee with all PVC product
and glass. We also give a 10year total conservatory guarantee
covering all areas including PVCu, Glass, Foundations and
Installation. Turkington are members of the K2 Approved Installer
Scheme, this allows us to back our own guarantee and give
a full 10year Federation of Master Builders MasterBond Warranty
with all conservatories. The K2 approved Installer scheme,
backed by the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), is an official
seal of approval, which aims to give you the customer total
peace of mind.
All members go through a rigorous vetting process including
vetting trading history, quality control procedures, service
levels, professionalism and integrity. References are sought
and past work is inspected so ensuring that the scheme is
not simply a badge but a testament to the quality of a company’s
work. Only when K2 are totally confident that the company
concerned can meet and abide by
the strict standards set out are they
awarded the K2 seal of approval.
The MasterBond Warranty
Only available from an Approved Installer, the MasterBond
warranty for conservatories is provided in conjunction with
the Federation of Master Builders and covers you against
some of the things that can occasionally go wrong either
during your conservatory’s construction or afterwards.
Whether it’s an unexpected
issue such as illness or an accident that prevents the construction
work being completed, or problems with faulty materials
or structural defects, the MasterBond warranty provides
you with valuable protection at no additional cost. So much
reassurance has never been so easy to enjoy.
