Lean-to A Lean-to is usually rectangular with a low-pitch roof. They are an ideal choice for bungalows or other homes where height is restricted. This style can also be combined with the Victorian to create a half-Victorian. (also known as Mediterranean & Sunrooms) |

| Victorian A classic, elegant design, the Victorian conservatory is one of the most popular styles of conservatory. It is a highly adaptable design, in both size and shape, and can be readily incorporated into many different styles of home. It is easily distinguished by its traditional front elevation usually comprising 3 or 5 facets. |

| Edwardian The Edwardian style is also very popular, and is similar to the Victorian. The main difference is that they are rectangular in plan and so maximise the use of internal space. The Edwardian style has all the advantages of a conservatory, yet retains the layout and 'feel' of a traditional room. Back to Back Edwardian designs offer an excellent alternative to Lean-to’s when height is restricted. (also known as Georgian) |

| Gable End An increasingly popular design, Gable conservatories are built on a rectangular floor plan, the major feature is that the front elevation windows extend upwards to the apex of the roof. This helps to maximise the feeling of light and space. |

| Lantern Lantern conservatories have a second tier of windows built into the roof, this adds height, ventilation and elegance to the overall structure. This is one of the least common designs but one, which gives the ideal finishing touch to a conservatory for a large home or period property. |

| Combination Combination conservatories combine various styles to create a unique conservatory design, various styles may be used to create a ‘T’, ‘P’ or ‘B’ shaped conservatory. This gives at least two distinct areas in the conservatory adding flexibility of use. |
