Overall very satisfied with product and service. We needed to replace original hardwood windows and doors which were drafty but had been holding back in case there would be a lot of disruption and making good required. In the event the disruption was minimal and well managed, and any repairs – which were minor – were dealt with. Much of this is due to our fitters – Timmy and Richard who were excellent… thanks for a great job, well done.
